Meeting Room Rentals

Plan your next meeting at the Uxbridge Public Library.

The Uxbridge Public Library has 1 meeting room available for use by the public. Please contact the library at (905) 852‑9747, ext. 541 for room bookings and more information. The Lower Meeting room is available for both profit and non-profit organizations.

Use of DVD television combo, flip charts, overhead projector, and multimedia projector is $5.00 per item.

A $25.00 cleaning deposit is needed when food is served. This may be billed after the event.

Lower Meeting Room

Seats: 38 Theatre Style or 20 Workshop Style

A kitchenette for refreshments or light lunch is available. Wheel chair accessible. Air conditioned. No alcohol.

Cost to Non Profit Organizations
$20.00 per hour.

Cost to All Others and Commercial
$40.00 per hour.

Payment must be made prior to meeting.
