Library tours are available to schools, community groups and the general public. Tours provide an orientation to the services, resources, programmes and history of the Uxbridge Public Library, and can be customised to the requirements of your group. Tours are generally 45 minutes in length.
HOW TO BOOK A TOUR
- Book at least two (2) weeks in advance of the date.
- Call the Outreach/Program Coordinator at 905-852-9747 ext. 24.
- For those who are eligible for membership, but do not already have a card, we can have cards prepared while you are on the tour. Submit a completed Library Card Registration Form to the Circulation Desk prior to the beginning of the tour.
If you are planning on bringing a large group to the library, but do not need a tour, we still ask that you give us the courtesy of a call, so we can be better prepared to provide library service.
